Welcome to AZ Premier Auto Detailing. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

AZ Premier Auto Detailing provides mobile detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and specialty add-on services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle's condition poses a safety risk or is beyond the scope of a standard mobile detail.

2. Mobile Service Requirements

Customers must provide a safe and legal space for detailing to take place. This includes:

• Legal permission to park and work on the vehicle

• Accessible space for our vehicle and equipment

• Adequate clearance around the vehicle

If proper working conditions are not available, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via text. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cash App.

For large jobs (e.g. ceramic coating, RV/boat detailing), a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

In the event of weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, AZ Premier Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule any appointment.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, AZ Premier Auto Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear

• Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to the detail

• Personal items left inside the vehicle

• Damage due to environmental conditions during or after service (e.g. weather, tree sap, road debris)

Customers are advised to remove all valuables and personal items before service begins.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through the website or during booking will never be sold or shared. For more information, please see our [Privacy Policy].

8. Photos & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying information (such as license plates or customer names) will be shared without your permission. Please let us know if you do not want photos used.

9. Changes to Terms

AZ Premier Auto Detailing reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
